Build your list in five minutes
Pick groups and contacts in your WhatsApp and they become your guest list. You can also upload a spreadsheet or add contacts by hand.
The invitations go out on their own
The invitation and two reminders go out on WhatsApp, on our schedule or yours. Guests without WhatsApp get an SMS.

About a week before the event we phone whoever still hasn't answered. You just watch the dashboard, which updates itself.

Questions everyone asks
When do I pay?
You build the list, import guests and set everything up without paying. Before the first round you save a card, and you pay only for who gets an invitation: ₪1 per contact. The first charge comes just before the first round goes out, for who it reaches; whoever gets an invitation later is charged to the same card.
Do the messages go out from my own number?
No. Invitations go out from Baeem's WhatsApp Business number, with your invitation at the top of the message. Your own WhatsApp isn't flooded with replies or blocked for bulk sending.
Do I have to talk to a sales rep?
No. You sign up with your phone number and get going on your own in minutes. If you do want help, we're on WhatsApp.
Where do guests get imported from?
Wherever suits you: straight from your WhatsApp contacts and groups, from a spreadsheet, through sign-up links you send the family, or by hand.
Do you work with iPlan?
Yes. Upload the floor plan PDF from iPlan and we read the tables from it: each one's number and how many seats it has. That becomes your hall map, laid out exactly like the plan, and you seat guests on it by dragging. When you're done, export the seating to Excel.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The invitation arrives as an ordinary WhatsApp message, and confirming takes one tap. Nothing to install, no complicated links.
